How Osando, Emmanuel Died Inside Diesel Reservoir in Kano

Two men distinguished as Philip Osando, 40, and Philip Emmanuel, 35 choked to death while attempting to clear a diesel resevoir at Baban Gwari indirect area of Fagge Nearby Government Area of Kano State on Saturday night.

Osando and Emmanuel had purportedly entered the diesel repository to clear the tank after their managers informed them to prepare the office for another stockpile, yet couldn’t emerge, the Kano State Fire Administration said in a proclamation affirming the occurrence.

In the proclamation endorsed by its the Advertising Official, Alhaji Saminu Abdullahi, the Fire Administration said it sent its agents to recover the two men from the supply after it got report about the episode.

“We got a crisis call from one police Insp Abubakar Surajo at around 08:20 p.m on Saturday, and we sent our salvage group to the scene at around 08:27p.m.”

He said that the casualties were recovered by fire administration staff and gave over to the police.

Abdullahi added that the two were passed on to medical clinic where specialists affirmed them dead.
