President Bola Tinubu on Tuesday mourned with the group of resigned trooper, telecaster, and veteran entertainer, Usman Baba Pategi (Samanja), who kicked the bucket on Sunday at 84.
Tinubu, in an explanation gave by Boss Ajuri Ngelale, his Extraordinary Counselor on Media and Exposure, portrayed the demise of the well known performer as a ‘excruciating misfortune,’ saying he added to the country through the different employments he sought after in the course of his life.
“The late Pategi decided to submit to the call to public obligation when the nation required his administration. His TV program, Samanja, was must-watch amusement for a really long time,” Tinubu said.
