A Grade 1 Region Court sitting in Dei, Abuja, on Friday condemned a 28-year-elderly person, Sani Mohammed, to 30 months detainment for undermining a deals young lady with a blade.
The Adjudicator, Malam Saminu Suleiman, condemned him after he confessed to the offenses against him.
Suleiman condemned the convict without a choice of fine, saying it would act as an impairment to other people.
The convict, of no decent location, was charged for criminal trespass, criminal intrigue, terrorizing and endeavor to carry out an offense.
Prior, the Arraignment Advice, Mr J.S Atinko, informed the court that the convict and two others, presently on the loose, intruded into the shop of Ikenna Oko of A49 Hamza Abdullahi street, Paze II, to take.
He said they contrived and entered the shop, compromising the complainant’s deals young lady with a blade trying to take her phone esteemed at N 150,000.
As per him, the convict was captured after the salesgirl raised a caution.
He said that the offenses contradicted the arrangements of areas 348, 396, and 95 of the Correctional Code.
